Kundalini Kriya

An Ancient Energy Yoga Practice

Kundalini Kriya is a form of energy yoga that is carried out mainly in a floor-seated position (if possible) and combines precise, synchronized rhythmical Movement and Breathwork- that is both powerfully energetic yet gentle- with Percussion (tapping), Mudras (hand gestures), and Mantras (affirmation chanting) to bring into harmony the body, mind and soul, freeing the flow of subtle energies.

 

The sequence series I share helps to

- liberate stagnant energies in the Chakras,

- improve the flexibility and strength of your spine,

- optimize your posture and breath,

- clear your head and brain,

- lift your spirits and align you

to promote inner peace, positivity and vitality.

 

Once you have learnt the techniques and sequence in our first session (that usually lasts around an hour- £46 for members; £53 for new clients), you will have an unrivalled new extraordinary tool in your self-care toolbox that you can access anytime you feel you need to reset and rebalance. You will also be welcome to book in with me to share refresher or regular 1:1 practice sessions that usually last 20-35 minutes and are a great add-on to any hands-on therapy session (£28 for members; £32 for new clients).
